NHS Health Checks in Barnet
Find out which GPs and pharmacies are offering NHS Health Checks here.
If your practice is offering NHS Health Checks, you can request one if:
  • you're aged 40-74
  • you have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years
  • you do not already have a diagnosed long-term health condition
As part of your NHS Health Check, your healthcare professional will discuss your results with you. You’ll be given advice to help you lower your risk of a stroke, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes or dementia, and improve your health.

If your GP isn't currently offering NHS Health Checks, but you have concerns about your health, you should ask for an appointment with your GP anyway.

For more on NHS Health Checks, visit the NHS website.
